Indian Christian Fellowship (ICF) is an island ministry established to reach out to the thousands of unreached islanders in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands of India, with the glorious gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Rev. Varughese Mathew began ICF in 1988, according to the vision given to him by our Lord, to save the neglected people and plant local churches in all 546 villages of the scattered islands. The work began very slowly with a few souls, who wanted to be saved from their present burdens, being built up in the Christian faith in their minds.
By God’s grace, through the dedicated work of His servants, and with prayers and assistance from our partners worldwide, over the last 15 years this ministry has begun to prosper. The Lord has helped us to establish a Calvary Children’s Home for deprived and neglected children and orphans and a Bethany Bible College to train spiritually-interested young people to send them into the mission field.
ICF also distributes to its churches audio and video anointed messages of many great men of God from around the world and produces and distributes literature as an effective means of evangelism.
But, of course, the most important ministry and immediate need has been the planting of local churches to shepherd and feed the new believers.
